What a lovely young man Dave is......He always promtly answered my calls and showed up on time for my appointments.....Dave worked for hours scrubbing my dirty deck until it was sparkling clean........I can tell he really takes pride in his work.....I hope you will give this young man a call should you require his services, you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be calling Dave in the future to have my windows cleaned......

Great equipment Dave, the place has never been cleaner.

I used Dave at Done-Rite to clean the exterior of our house before we put it up for sale. I spent some time looking around and decided to give Dave a shot since he had some good reviews and was a local guy. Boy, am I ever glad I did. He gave me a very good rate and showed up exactly when he said he would. He spent all day on our house and when he left, it sparkled like it was brand new again. I will use him for all my future exterior cleaning needs and have already passed out some business cards to family and friends. I recommend Done-Rite to anyone. It's refreshing to see someone work as hard as Dave does while still providing that customer first attitude. Thanks again! I will definatley call Done-Rite again in the future once we are settled in our new place.

We were extremely satisfied with the work done by Dave. He was on time and worked diligently throughout the day cleaning our gutters and siding. He took care not to do any damage to the gardens around the house and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We are pleased to recommend him and will use him again.

We contacted Dave to clean the exterior windows of our commercial building. We hadn't had our windows cleaned before, so weren't sure who to use or what to expect. Dave exceeded all of our expectations: excellent service! He was very prompt in getting us a quote, arrived before we opened so that he could get a head start on the job and left every window sparkling. And he was able to give us a price break after he finished the job. A great guy and very professional. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him to any business or home owner.

Dave came by today and spent the better part of the day out in the cold and rain, pressure washing, scrubbing and cleaning my house...what an outstanding job! He showed up on time, informed me when he was taking lunch and then called me at work to let me know he was all done, now that's service going above and beyond my expectations. I definitely will be sending him more business and wouldn't hesitate to talk to anyone who is considering his services.

Dave put up our Christmas lights for us today and he did a fantastic job. He was on-time (early actually but called first to make sure we were home), did a great job, and even accommodated my obsessive need to have all the lights pointing the same way - all with a smile! I had the side of the house cleaned as well as my gutters and windows - WOW! What a fantastic job, made the house look like new! If that wasn't enough, I asked them to come back and power wash the stairs, porch and deck - excellent work, very professional and great rates!

Very prompt and professional service. Clean up in yard afterwards was excellent. Gutter cleaning and moss removal from the roof made the house look great. Definitely recommend Dave and his company!

I just had by home brush washed and the windows done. What a impressive job! I arrived home in time to meet Dave and have to agree with all comments above, he is very professional and personal too. I asked him to do my house but he also did the small shed in the back yard which was a pleasant surprised. I will be giving his name out to my friends and neighbours. Excellent job well done. Jane & I chose Dave based on a recommendation on this blog. We were not disappointed, in fact, we are very pleased with the choice and doubt we could have made a better one. Unlike many other contractors, Dave showed up when he said he would and completed on time (including extra services). The work was better than expected and the entire experience was a positive one without any regrets. Anyone who knows me, knows I am difficult to please and always in search of the contractor diamond in a sea of coal. Dave is that diamond and I recommend his siding brush-cleaning & patio and driveway pressure washing to anyone needing those services. I have no doubt everything Dave provides is of superior quality and reasonably priced.

I needed my entire house exterior cleaned and called these guys , they fit me on pretty quick actually right when I needed them too . So on the day of appointment they arrived on time surveyed my house and gave me a ruff quote, they had all the right equipment and got the job done and done right ,sounds corny but true and they also came in 150 below my other quotes for the job. Great job done will definitely refer and repeat business with them 👍🏽

These guys came to my house the next day after contacting them about cleaning gutters, house siding and windows. They were punctual and did a great job removing all the green slime. I was quoted it would take about 6 hours but they completed it in 4. I highly recommend them and will be calling again in the future!

This is the second time we've had Dave come to our home. He arrived 15 minutes early and worked the entire day cleaning our gutters, windows, siding as well as our 2 aluminum deck covers. He did an AMAZING job!! We have pots & planters on the deck - he took extreme care with everything & the cleanup was superb. He is very professional in both attitude and work ethic. I am a real estate investor who buys houses in the Fraser Valley, BC. Recently we had some cleaning work done on our gutter and roof cleaning. You arrived on time, and your estimated time in doing the job was bang on exact. You were easy to speak with in regards to some issues we had or wanted addressed. You and your co-worker did a quick and efficient job and left our place clean without us having to do any additional cleanup. I had asked you to reach and scrub a part of the house that we were unable to reach on own, and you did so obliging us, which was so kind of you and appreciated by us.

I hired Dave to power wash my deck in preparation for staining. He did an excellent job and I appreciated that took care not to damage the wood. He left the job site clean. I feel that his pricing is honest.

As our house had not been cleaned on the outside for about five years, it was becoming noticeably worn, as well the roof was covered with moss on the one side. In a matter of hours, Dave and associates were able to transform a dirty looking structure into a home proud to be lived in. Highest recommendations to Dave and his crew, both for the finished product as well as the very reasonable financial factor. Superb!

I did quite a bit of research on line before choosing Done-Rite Exterior Services to do our exterior cleaning, and I am super pleased with my choice. Booking with Dave was simple, and I was very impressed with his dedication and the professional manner in which he runs his business. He and Evan were at the house at the agreed upon time and worked very hard all day, cleaning our entire house top to bottom, as well as all of our concrete surfaces. Wow! A call to this company brought a very polite fellow around for an estimate. He arrived on time, and prepared. We decided to go ahead, and again, he arrived on time and prepared. The work was excellent. Better than expected! And the work was done for the quoted price.

We will have these people back for all of our exterior needs in future. We highly recommend. Happy to provide references on request.

We have a steep roof, 2 1/2 stories high and it was covered in moss and tree debris. Dave came out and gave us an estimate within a few minutes of our call.
He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. Our roof looks great and his clean-up of the debris was good too. The job took most of the day but cost as estimated.
He's very easy to work with and I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again.
